WRFActuele selectie. WRF (Weather Research and Forecasting model) is een vrij beschikbaar weermodel ontwikkeld door NCAR. Op de WZ server gebruiken we versie 3.9 om 4 keer per dag tot 72 uur vooruit te voorspellen. De randvoorwaarden zijn afkomstig van het GFS model. De resolutie is 5 km en we maken gebruik van het single-moment 3 class microphysics scheme, het YSU PBL scheme and het Dudhia radiation scheme.
